Create a Notehub account
- Notehub is our cloud-based service for connecting to Notecard devices and synchronizing data, configuration, and firmware. You need to create a Notehub account to start working with data on your Notecard.
Complete the Notecard quickstart
- The Notecard quickstart introduces you to the Blues ecosystem, including the Notecard, Notecarrier, and Notehub. You'll learn how to connect to your Notecard, and how to start sending data to Notehub.

Having trouble connecting?

Try changing your USB cable as some cables do not support transferring data. If that does not solve your problem, contact us at support@blues.com and we will get you set up with another tool to communicate with the Notecard.
